JL3 Contact JL3 Reference: Corrections and Account Questions
If you landed here to contact JL3 reference, there are two different jobs and two different places. A correction to a page on this site is one; a question about your JL3 account is the other. This page keeps them apart so that you do not wait for an answer from the wrong place.
Contact JL3 reference: how to send a correction
This site publishes no e-mail address, no phone number and no chat handle. It takes corrections through its own feedback route only when one is listed on the site, and none is listed today, so the plain steps are these.
- Open the page you want to correct and copy its URL from the address bar.
- Copy the line, the heading or the table row that reads wrongly.
- Write what the line should say and where you saw it, such as a screen of the lobby on a named date.
- Keep that note until a feedback route is listed here, and send it then.
A correction that names a page, a line and a source is the kind that can be checked and applied. The site’s about page for this JL3 reference lists what was read and when, which tells you the day a screen was seen.
JL3 contact for your account
The JL3 contact you want for an account is the lobby’s, not this site’s. This site is a player-side reference, not the lobby, and it cannot see your account, balance or history. Nobody who writes here can reset a password, release a deposit or change a username.
The lobby shows a live chat: on desktop it is the 24CS entry on the right-hand rail, and on the phone build it is a headset icon. The lobby also shows social channels. This site prints no handle or address for any of them, so open the chat from the lobby itself while you are on a page that shows the JL3 name.
JL3 customer service: which route fits which question
| Your question | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| A page here is wrong or out of date | A correction, as above |
| I cannot sign in or my password fails | The lobby’s live chat, after the checks on the JL3 login screen and its fixes |
| A deposit, a withdrawal or a limit | The lobby’s live chat, and the cashier’s own screens after login |
| A GCash or Maya rule | The wallet’s own app and help pages |
| A promotion’s rules | The rules printed inside that promotion on the lobby |
Wallet rules are summarised on the payments reference for GCash and Maya, taken from each wallet’s own pages.
Before you write in
For an account question, have your username ready and a plain sentence about what the screen did. Never send a password to anyone, in a chat or in a note to this site, and nobody connected with this site will ask for one.
