Because operators choose among configurations, the Pragmatic RTP in print stands for the best option available and may not match the version a given site runs.

This matters more than it sounds. Trust a return-to-player figure only as far as you can trace it; one that merely bounces between comparison sites with no primary source shows nothing.

Licences the studio holds

Pragmatic Play is listed as holding: Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission, PAGCOR; the PAGCOR entry is historical, not current. Players should keep the two apart: a studio licence relates to the business that develops the games, an operator licence to the casino offering them, and recourse runs via the operator’s regulator, never the studio’s.

• PAGCOR — historical, and no longer current — Back in September 2016, Pragmatic Play declared a PAGCOR offshore gaming licence. Since then the country has abolished the framework in full, requiring all offshore licences to expire by 31 December 2024; PAGCOR confirmed they were cancelled. Nobody has removed the 2016 announcement, so it keeps being passed off as current. It is not.
