JL3 Responsible Play: Limits, Warning Signs and Where to Get Help
Playing at JL3 should cost an amount you chose in advance and nothing more. This page covers the limits worth setting, the signs that play has stopped being a game, and the Philippine help that exists when it has. Online casino play is for adults aged 21 and over.
Limits to set before you play
Decide these before you open the lobby, not once you are losing:
- A time limit. Pick an end time and keep to it, win or lose.
- A spend limit. The amount you are happy to lose in one session, from money you do not need for anything else.
- A loss limit. The point at which you stop even if the time is not up. The glossary entry on the loss limit explains how to size one.
- A rule about promotions. Read the conditions first; a turnover condition can keep money locked until you have bet many times its value, as the wagering requirement calculator shows.
Warning signs
Take a break and talk to someone if you notice any of these: chasing losses with bigger stakes, playing longer than you meant to, borrowing to play, hiding play from family, or feeling restless when you are not playing.
PAGCOR self-exclusion
PAGCOR, the Philippine gaming regulator, runs an exclusion programme. According to PAGCOR’s own page, you may apply to exclude yourself for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years; the first six months of a self-exclusion cannot be cancelled, and the order lifts automatically when the period ends. The application needs PAGCOR’s self-exclusion form, a photocopy of a government-issued photo ID and two recent 2x2 colour photos. PAGCOR also runs a family exclusion route, where a family member applies for 6 months, 1 year or 3 years, with its own form and documents.
Where to get help
- PAGCOR National Problem Gambling Helpline: launched on 26 May 2026 as a 24/7 line to trained counsellors, at 02-8248-9568, according to PAGCOR’s announcement.
- Gamblers Anonymous Philippines: a peer support fellowship with meetings; its own site lists +63 915 938 2808.
- In Touch Crisis Line: a free, confidential helpline for emotional and stress problems; its own site lists how to reach it.
Helping someone else
If someone close to you is struggling, the PAGCOR helpline also supports family members, and the family exclusion route lets a relative apply on their behalf. Listen without judging, and avoid lending money for play.
This site and responsible play
This site is a reference and takes no bets, but its pages never promise a win and never describe a system that beats a game. If you think a page here encourages harmful play, the contact page explains how to tell us.
